Resolves YES if OpenAI (openai.com) or the US government (whitehouse.gov, Treasury.gov, Commerce.gov) publicly announces that the US government or a US government-controlled entity has made an investment in or acquired a stake in OpenAI, as confirmed by an official press release or by AP/Reuters newswires, by December 31, 2026. Otherwise, resolves NO.
