Resolves YES if the Bank of Korea announces an increase in its base rate at any scheduled or emergency monetary policy meeting before December 31, 2026, as confirmed by the official press release published at bok.or.kr. Resolves NO if the bank holds or cuts rates for the remainder of the year.
