Resolves YES if the average of at least three (3) nationally recognized public opinion polls in Mexico (e.g., Reforma, El Universal, GEA/ISA, Mitofsky), as aggregated by a reputable polling analysis site (e.g., Oraculus.mx, Polling America - if such an aggregator exists for Mexico or a prominent international one like FiveThirtyEight covers it), shows Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum's approval rating at or above 65.0% on December 31, 2026, or the last available poll before that date. Resolves NO otherwise. If no such polls are released or aggregated, it resolves NO.
