Resolves YES if the official maximum daily air temperature recorded at Rome Ciampino Airport (ICAO code: LIRA) or Rome Fiumicino Airport (ICAA code: LIRF) reaches 40.0 degrees Celsius (104.0 Fahrenheit) or higher on any day between July 1, 2026, and July 31, 2026, inclusive. Temperatures must be confirmed by official data from the Italian Air Force Meteorological Service (meteoam.it) or a universally recognized meteorological authority (e.g., World Meteorological Organization, NOAA) via their public archives. Resolves NO if no such temperature is officially recorded.
