Discovery officially announce the permanent termination of their merger agreement specifically citing the US states' antitrust lawsuits, before January 1, 2027, 23:59:00 UTC. Resolves NO if the merger is completed, the lawsuits are dismissed, or no permanent blockage occurs by this date.
