Resolves YES if a new, permanent President of Hungary is officially appointed or elected and their name is publicly confirmed as holding the office by the National Election Office of Hungary (valasztas.hu) or by a formal announcement from the Hungarian Parliament (parlament.hu), by October 1, 2026, 23:59:00Z. Resolves NO if no new permanent president is in office by this date, or if only an interim president is serving.
