Resolves YES if Elon Musk holds the title of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tesla, Inc. on December 31, 2026, as confirmed by official Tesla company filings (e.g., SEC filings) or official press releases from Tesla (ir.tesla.com). Resolves NO if he is no longer the CEO of Tesla for any reason (resignation, termination, or a change of title such that he is not the primary executive officer) before or on that date. If Tesla ceases to exist as a public company before December 31, 2026, resolves NO.
