Resolves YES if the official closing price of the Brent Crude oil (August 2026 futures contract, or the nearest equivalent actively traded front-month contract if August is no longer primary) on the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) on July 31, 2026, as reported by Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters, or ICE's official website (ice.com), is less than $70.00 USD per barrel. Resolves NO if the price is $70.00 USD or higher.
